Senate Order for the production of a list of Departmental and Agency contracts
The Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts requires FMA Act agencies to publish on their internet details of contracts entered into which have not been fully performed or which have been entered into in the previous 12 months, and which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more.
The Department of the Treasury's report is set out in the attached tables.
The lists are tabled twice a year, once for the financial year and once for the calendar year.
- Calendar year - contracts for the financial year 1 January to 31 December
- Financial year - contracts for the calendar year 1 July to 30 June
