The Hon David Bradbury MP has released an exposure draft of the Corporations Legislation Amendment (Audit Enhancement) Bill 2011, commentary to explain the proposed amendments and the Regulation Impact Statement.
The proposed reforms comprise a range of measures to enhance audit quality in Australia.
The Government is seeking written submissions on the draft amendments by close of business Friday 28 October 2011.
