Uruguay
The Governments of Australia and Uruguay have signed an Agreement on the Exchange of Information with respect to Taxes. The Agreement provides for the exchange of information on request in both criminal and civil tax matters.
The signing took place on 10 December 2012 in Montevideo, Uruguay.
The Agreement will enter into force once Australia and Uruguay have completed their respective domestic requirements.
