The Hon Margaret Wilson, New Zealand Minister for Commerce, and the Hon Ross Cameron MP, Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, today released this discussion paper relating to the establishment of a trans-Tasman mutual recognition arrangement governing offers of securities and managed investment scheme interests.
