Electronic Commerce: Cutting cybertape - building business. This paper proposes a number of reforms to Australia’s business laws to facilitate electronic commerce. The proposals have been developed in consultation with the business community; in particular, the Government’s Business Regulation Advisory Group (see Appendix A).
